After nearly five decades in pediatric dentistry, I realized one of the biggest challenges facing pediatric dentists wasn’t providing excellent clinical care.

It was building and leading an exceptional team.

Throughout my career, I watched talented team members struggle—not because they didn’t care, but because they lacked clear expectations, consistent systems, and structured training.

I experienced those same frustrations in my own practice.

That’s why I created the Pediatric Dental Team Association.
